At Rose Legal Services we believe in second chances!
Second chances are our goal – our passion – our concern.
So I have some exciting news to announce! On January 1, 2025, new deportation laws went into effect in Missouri. These changes could have a significant impact on your future and make it easier to clear your record and move forward.
Increased deletion limits:
- Offence: The maximum number of offenses that can be punished in a lifetime has increased from two to three.
- Crimes: The maximum number of crimes that can be punished in a lifetime has increased from one to two.
Shorter waiting time for arrest documents:
The waiting period for expunging an arrest record without conviction or parole of sentence has been reduced from three years to eighteen months.
Although these changes are significant, it is important to consult an attorney to determine your specific eligibility for expungement. Individual circumstances and the type of offense may affect eligibility.
Do you want to know if you are entitled to deletion?
Please call us! Our number is 314.462.0200. We have a solid expulsion policy and we love helping good people get a second chance!
